Can we get extra copies of our video later?
Yes. We keep a master copy indefinitely.
What happens if my videographer is sick?
We have 5 experienced videographers on staff, so a backup is always available.
How many cameras do you use?
2 cameras for our studio edit package and 1 camera for our in-camera edit package.
What kind of cameras?
Sony 3 chip digital.
Do you add bright lights?
Our cameras are state-of-the-art for low light situations. We feel it's our job to get the best picture without making your guests uncomfortable with glaring lights. Normally we use nothing or a 20 watt light
Will I be able to hear my vows?
In order to capture the most quiet moments, we'll use a wireless mic on the grooms lapel. This mic picks up the bride, groom and anyone else within ten feet of the groom's lapel.
Will everyone in the church be able to hear us?
No, the mic is only connected to the camera, and not the house sound system.
Will you be in my face all night?
Our motto is to videotape your wedding, and not to interrupt it. We take full advantage of our zoom capabilities, and we try to stay out of your way as much as possible.
How late will you stay at the reception?
We allow for 5 1/2 hours of reception coverage, after that our overtime fee is $40 per 1/2 hour.
What about stops between ceremony and reception?
Depending upon when and where, our extra stop fee begins at $75. Call us for a specific quote.
When do you arrive for the ceremony?
One hour before your ceremony begins.
Where can we see a demo of your work?
At the Ameritune office.
When will we get our video?
Our edited versions are ready in 4-16 weeks from the date we receive all pictures and titling instructions.
Why DVD?
Besides the huge difference in quality of picture and sound, in a few years, DVD will totally replace video tape, DVDs don't degrade over time, and if your vcr eats your tape, you've got a back up.
